Salmon Harvester Properties - Offices Development - Heathrow Airport

Date: 10 May 2002

Salmon Harvester Properties has announced plans for a speculative office development on the south side of Heathrow Airport after buying a prime site from DHL.

The 0.5 ha (1-acre) site at 150 Great South West Road has detailed planning consent for 3,020 sq m (32,500 sq ft) of offices and is subject to a short term leaseback to DHL.

The proposed three-storey air-conditioned offices will provide high quality space together with parking for 59 cars.

“With demand for Heathrow office space remaining buoyant, we are confident that these proposals will be well received by potential occupiers and we will make a start on site as soon as possible, “ says Salmon Harvester director Rorie Henderson.

“We are active seeking further prime development opportunities with short term income across all sectors,” he adds.

DTZ Debenham Tie Leung is advising Salmon Harvester and Hilbery Chaplin Porter represented DHL.

Also at Heathrow, Salmon Harvester and Land Securities is building a 2,787 sq m (30,000 sq ft) industrial building for Scania Trucks and is about to submit a planning application for a new major cargo distribution centre.
