Briggs & Forrester - Offices Development - Northampton, The Lakes

Briggs & Forrester, have successfully completed their first major contract with main contractor, Miller Construction Ltd., a £5,300,000 project to build a prestigious new headquarters building for Scottish and Newcastle Breweries at the Lakes, Northampton. The building services installation includes full comfort cooling, under-floor power distribution, computer room and restaurant installations. The contract was undertaken on a design and build basis.
