Stiles Harold Williams - Mixed-Use Development - Hove, City Park Scheme
Date: 24 May 2002
Sussex based development company, Cuckfield Group, has unveiled its new £65 million City Park scheme in Hove to the national office market at a reception held in London.
Occupying a prestigious site, the approved development is mixed-use, comprising over 200,000 sq ft of premier office space, on-site/underground parking, residential housing and day nursery facilities. Completion of the office facility at City Park, which has been designed by award winning architects David Richmond and Partners, is expected in early 2003. Cuckfield Group intend to speculatively build some 80,000 sq ft straight away at City Park, making this the first speculative development of any substance in Brighton for over 10 years. Brighton-based Stiles Harold Williams has been appointed as joint letting agents for City Park with Knight Frank’s London West End office.
Martin Clark at Stiles Harold Williams commented:
“Detailed consent has been granted and we expect to build City Park One, providing 80,000 sq ft, speculatively, starting in September this year. We are already in discussions with potential occupiers for the whole.”
