Edinburgh Industrial Estates - Industrial Development - Edinburgh, Sir Harry Lauder Road

Edinburgh Industrial Estates Ltd announced today that they have taken the decision to proceed with the development of phase 3 of A1 Industrial Park (Sir Harry Lauder Road, Edinburgh). The development will comprise two industrial units of 822 sq m (8,858 sq ft) and 2,127 sq m (22,893 sq ft). Construction has started on site and the planned completion date will be in November this year.

A1 Industrial Park is situated on the east side of Edinburgh with direct access onto the By-pass and also the A1. Other tenants on the estate include Thus plc, Scottish Widows, City Plumbing Supplies and Wolseley Centres Ltd.
