Inner City 100 nominee, Paragon Interiors Group plc, has secured a 45,000 sq ft design and project management contract with Notts.’ telecommunications and transmission giant, Eve Transcom.
Paragon’s Arlo Cox will manage the fit-out phase of Eve’s move from Sutton in Ashfield to Sherwood Business Park, close to Junction 27.

At over £1m the Eve contract is one of Paragon’s biggest deals in Nottingham in recent times following a string of high profile contracts across the country for clients including Bupa Healthcare, Avis and Norwich Union.
Over the last two years Eve’s phenomenal business growth has necessitated a 50% increase in employees and has a resulted in the need to relocate. The trend looks set to continue with Eve’s continuing recruitment welcoming another 10 new employees per week thanks to the extra space that will be afforded by the new premises.
Quote – Garry Peat, Finance Director of Eve:
“With unrivalled growth in our business sector it is essential that we attract and retain the very best people in the industry. Our new offices have been designed specifically to offer all our employees a comfortable and exciting working environment. Staff will benefit from the very latest ergonomic workstations and work in a fully temperature controlled environment.”
Work is scheduled to finish shortly with Eve taking occupancy in early August.
