Fuller Peiser - Offices Development - Sheffield, Drake Business Park

Date: 25 Jul 2002

Fuller Peiser reports that Parkfield Projects PLC has won planning consent to complete the development of its £6 million office park at Drake Business Park, Drakehouse Crescent, Mosborough, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, with another 2,787 sq m (30,000 sq ft) of office units.

Planning consent for this second phase is now in place for units ranging from 283 sq m (3,050 sq ft) to 472 sq m (5,085 sq ft).

Nick Baker at Fuller Peiser commented: “This is an excellent location as it is so close to junction 31 of the M1 and within easy reach of Sheffield’s city centre via the A57.

“Drake Business Park also has strategic importance to the region as it provides much needed offices in south-east Yorkshire. Continuing residential developments will provide a substantial and growing workforce.”

Parkfield Projects PLC completed the £3.5m first phase of the development six months ago with a 2,973 sq m (32,000 sq ft) office and commercial building leased by Torex PLC.
