Specialist roadside property developers, Juggernaut Limited have started construction of their Sittingbourne scheme known as Milton Trade Park.

Pre-lets have been agreed to Topps Tiles plc, IMO car wash and Dominos Pizza and a further 8,500 sq ft of accommodation in two units is being built.

Practical completion is set for around 18th November 2002.

NAI Gooch Webster and Ashmore & Associates are joint agents for the scheme.
