Douglas Duff - Offices Development - Bedfordshire, Salford, Whitsundoles Farm

Date: 18 Oct 2002

Newly-converted barns at Whitsundoles Farm, Salford, Bedfordshire, are proving very popular, with three of the six suites at the new office development having already been let by agents Douglas Duff. Sunset UK Ltd has taken a suite of 92 sq m (985 sq ft) and 3D Architects has leased two office suites extending to 195 sq m, (2,100 sq ft), leaving some 372 sq m (4,000 sq ft) of space available to let in three refurbished barns.

"We are delighted that the mix of the modern and the traditional has proved so popular at Whitsundoles" said Jonathan Rawcliffe of Douglas Duff. "The proximity of the M1 motorway junctions and good on-site parking have also been key elements in its success."

At Stantonbury Park Farm, two further lettings of character offices have also been negotiated recently: Action Storage Systems has taken 90 sq m (970 sq ft) at Windrush Barn, and Gillespies Landscape Architects has taken 28 sq m (312 sq ft) at The Granary.
