Strutt & Parker - Offices Development - Welwyn Garden City, Shire Park

Strutt & Parker, on behalf of Shepherd Developments and Bell Hammer, has acquired the final 0.8 ha (2 acre) headquarters development site at Shire Park, Welwyn Garden City, from Antler Property Investments Plc.

The site has already received outline planning consent for the development of 'Alchemy', a 3,716 sq m (40,000 sq ft) business headquarters scheme. A speculative start is expected in early 2003 with completion scheduled for Spring 2004.

King Sturge represented Antler Property Investments Plc. Both Strutt & Parker and King Sturge have been retained as development agents.
