The £3.4 million development building, designed by Leeds based Carey Jones Architects, comprises two storeys and provides 2,787 sq m (30,000 sq ft gross) of high quality office accommodation. The DDA compliant building features air-conditioning, 15m clear span floor plate, 150 mm raised floor, brise soleil, high performance glazing, high speed lifts, separate service access and goods lift. The striking double height entrance foyer opens onto a landscaped courtyard.

Munroe K has undertaken the tenant fit-out on behalf of the Inland Revenue as part of a complete service package that it can offer tenants.

Munroe K is also completing enabling works for a new 11,746 sq m (126,432 sq ft) HQ office building at the front of the 27-acre office park.
