English Partnerships - Mixed-Use Development - Stockton, Northbank

Work has begun on the first phases of a major 21-hectare (52-acre) mixed-use development to transform a derelict brownfield site on the north side of the River Tees at Stockton.
The "Northbank" scheme - developed by national regeneration agency, English Partnerships, alongside the regional development agency One NorthEast, Stockton Borough Council and the University of Durham - is expected to attract over £120 million investment to the area.
