Gouldens - Retail Development - Staples Corner

Gouldens advised Pillar on the financing and acquisition by Castlemore Securities Limited of a site at Staples Corner, neighbouring Brent Cross. Castlemore are to develop the site to create a shopping park of 92,000 square feet. The finance and acquisition agreement will result in a completed development with an end value of approximately £80 million.

The Gouldens team comprised David Roberts, Gareth Williams (property), Chris Papanicolaou (environment), Ian Ginbey (planning) and Jake Davies (construction).
