London & Regional - Offices Development - London NW10, Western Avenue

London & Regional Properties has secured detailed planning consent for fc200, the second headquarters office building at its Firstcentral Office Park on Western Avenue, London NW10. fc200 comprises 160,000 sq ft (14,864 sq m) net over seven storeys. Prelets are now being sought for all or part of the building, which will benefit from a fast track construction programme.

Firstcentral Office Park extends to 1,250,000 sq ft (126,128 sq m) and comprises nine headquarters office buildings arranged around a central landscaped area, as well as a hotel, health & fitness centre, shops, restaurants and bars. Landowner Diageo (formerly Guinness UDV) has taken the first 183,000 sq ft (17,000 sq m) building for a new HQ, which is currently being fitted out for occupation in January 2003.

Steve Rogers of London & Regional Properties comments: “Securing detailed consent for fc200 demonstrates our intention to quickly accommodate another HQ tenant at Firstcentral and set in place a fast track construction programme as soon as the next prelet is agreed.”

Strutt & Parker and Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker are letting agents for Firstcentral. fc200 was designed by architects Fitzroy Robinson.
