TDOC also records Miscellaneous contacts and notes such as telephone calls; Has a Daily record Diary; Records dates for Work Package Events (planned, current, and achieved) including every change to any date; Records Time Sheet information; Manages Inspections (Snagging); and handles Minutes of Meetings incluing the Agenda, Date and Place of meeting, and outstanding action nortifications. Regardless of the passage of time and changes in personnel, your records will always be instantly available. Whether the documents are paper or electronic, TDOC will handle them. And if electronic they may be emailed using TDOC's integrated email client. If paper TDOC's Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) technology will turn them into an electronic version, and attach them to the relevant data so that they may be viewed etc. TDOC allows you to communicate electronically by email with your partners even if they do NOT have any software.
