Services	The AXLR8 portfolio includes web FastTrack CRM with TimeSpend for project management. The system works on a web server available online to authorised people (clients, consultants, third parties, partners, directors) who can all be given a secure private portal into the system. Consultants and colleagues can enter their timesheets and expenses (which automatically update the performance results and action plans) as can third party subcontractors. Administrators and managers can see views and reports. The system deals with staff, their billing rates, contact details, security and authority details and skills/work history. Likewise all the data you could possibly wish to record on a client is available for marketing history, profiling, preferences, permissions to view project and service progress on the client portal (if you decide to present it at all), as well as simple things like name and address details. Links to AXLR8 Documents Management system to enable easy access to diagrams, plans, health and safety documents etc. Documents: e.g. letters, pictures, Floorplans, technical diagrams, contracts, sound and video (Word, Excel, Access, PDF, JPG, WAV, GIF or any type of file) can all be stored in the system and made available for authorized people to see.
