This is the sixth of a regular series of papers which provides in-depth analysis of the healthcare property and business sector, focusing on long term care for adults and the elderly. The analysis is based on actual data used to support valuations, generated by Colliers CRE, and covers more than 1,600 records across a wide spectrum of different care providers from corporates through to single home operators.
