2007 Leeds City Centre office investment transactions totalled circa £160 million, down 57% on last years total of circa £400 million.

The average transaction size was £11.5 million (£16 million in 2006), the average three & five year transactional totals are £311 million and £246 million respectively.

The total number of individual transactions fell by 42%.

IPD UK office returns (excluding inner and outer London) in 2007 were -5.3%.
