The news sections with our portal website contain all the latest industry news and are updated throughout the business day.
The news items are largely unedited press releases so you see what the issuer said, not what an editor made of it. The news items in PropertyMall that cover property deals always contain all relevant information on sale price or rent achieved, so they are a good source of raw data that you can use (after checking) when preparing rent reviews and investment appraisals.
Anyone can send news items to us and we will usually publish all items we receive as long as they contain newsworthy information and are relevant to either commercial property or construction.

- Special-interest news pages – Appointments, Offices, Retail, Industrial, Leisure, Mixed-Use
- General news pages – items that do not fit into the special-interest pages
- News archive – all news items that we have published since 1997, which covers thousands of pages.
You can also:
- subscribe to our free weekly summary of the news by e-mail
- advertise through a Zone sponsorship – as a sponsor, your logo will appear at the top of every web page related to a special-interest news page
